Unspoken Code of Conduct for Flips and Sales

When a realtor helps you make money and grow wealth, naturally when you decide to sell, you would use the realtor who helped you begin/continue your path to wealth. There's an unspoken rule when it comes to investments and flips - you typically use the agent who negotiated the initial purchase and often at a great price to help you sell at a substantial profit.

The agent spends valuable time providing insight on design trends,  lighting, color, finishes and buyer desires. Realtors attends and pays for education seminars and provides all their years of experience and knowledge to help you make the most money and get the highest return on investment. Realtors income are 100% commission based. Buyer of flip makes money and the realtor should be given the opportunity to represent the sale to make money for the skills provided and services performed.  Everyone wins and everyone is on their path to wealth and financial freedom.
