Reconnect with Old Friends and Make New Ones

I attended the first Asian American Real Estate Association Commercial Mixer this past Friday at Lava Lounge. It was good to see old friends and meet new people. Near the end of the evening, I saw my elementary school friend who I haven't seen for years and like old times sake, we had vodka shots with cranberry backs. It's so wonderful to catch up. Time is flying by - we need to take time to catch up with old friends, reconnect, and enjoy the moment.

Friends become clients and clients become friends. Treat others like you would like to be treated. When you need it most, who can you turn to and who has helped you? Family and friends.

At my listing on 1601 39th Avenue, I gave out 90 brochures at the first open house and another 50 brochures at the second open house. There were swarms of people viewing the home. We received a wonderful preemptive offer within 1 week (an offer before the actual offer date) and seller decided to accept the offer from a wonderful family.
